Can we be sued?

What is the name of your state? Washington

We made a complaint with the BBB about a poor experience we had with a landscape company. The complaint contained issues that we had had with this companies work. The complaint was only sent to the BBB and has not been resolved as yet. The BBB website still shows this company as having no complaints against them. The company now says tgey are going to sue us for libel. Where do we stand in this matter?

If what you said is true, then, let him sue - truth is the best & ultimate defense (actually, basis for demurrer).

It's not libel, if it's true.
