Hi I live in Florida and I'm a senior in high school. The state government recently changed a scholarship program that would have paid a good chunk of many students' college tuition. I was wondering if anyone knew a way we could possibly get rid of the motion. I've never really looked into it before and I thought of possible ways, but none I am absolutely sure of any help would be greatly appreciated.

have they already made the change or are they in the process now? Not sure when in once place you say:

. The state government recently changed
meaning it's all said and done and then later you write:

way we could possibly get rid of the motion
inferring it has not been acted on yet.

which is it?
