My state is PA. I am the seller of a building lot I now wish to get out of this contract.Agreement purchase was dated 6/5/2006 perc test was to be completed in 25 days. Was not done. I have now found out they applied for perc test on 6/2/2006 which is before I had agreed to sell to them and also the buyer signed PA EPA form as owner on record or authorized agent of owner of property(which they were neither) also application has no fees filled in , and also was not signed by SEO dated or certification #. Is this legal? Does this make this contract void?

What does your Agent or Atty tell you?

Depends on the contingencies in the contract which we can not see. My guess is doubtful you could cancel for these reasons but someone seeing you contracts can answer exactly!
