Can wife gift stock from my ESPP account?

I have an ESPP account from work, wife is not working. I am wondering if wife can gift stocks from my ESPP account to our kids since CA is a community property state?

Most likely no. It is community property but its unlikely that she can access the account independently of you. Ask your plan administrator at work.
