My questions is can you cash out a life insurance policy and get some or all of the money? I need to start paying off some debt and I'm not just making enough money to do it. This is my last viable option. any help is greatly apreciated.

Depends on the type of policy and what the agreement with the insurance company says. There's nothing in the law to prevent it, like there is with a 401k, but there may be contractual issues. Check with the insurance company.
