Here's the whole story, (kind of long):
I don't go out to taverns that often but when I do I like this place. It's a sports bar with a dance floor and they have really good food. I've been going there for years and years. I will tell you up front that my daughter's father and his brother are bouncers at this tavern. Okay, in January of 2005 a friend and I were at this tavern and when we were walking out to the car two girls jumped me from behind. I did manage to call the cops while my head was getting kicked in and the girls were arrested, charges were pressed. In the court's ruling these girls are not to go near me this tavern or my friend. I continued to go to this tavern for a few months because I felt safer knowing these girls weren't allowed in there. In March of 2005 I was at the tavern before a concert and the brother was bouncing and decided to kick me out. I asked why and he state because he said so. Mind you I wasn't doing ANYTHING wrong. I was just standing there talking to a friend. Also, whenever I do see my daughter's father or any of his friends of family I don't talk to them, I don't look at them. I pretend they aren't there. I'm not into causing trouble and it would be a waste of my time anyway. So anyway, I left because I didn't feel like causing scene and I called the bar manager. He stated that unless I was doing something wrong I couldn't be kicked out. Since then I have been there numerous times for lunch and maybe a handfull of times on a Sat. or Friday night. Sometimes when they are working, other times when they aren't. Well last night we were at some bars in the area and at the end of the night we decided to venture to this bar. I was just in there for lunch the other day. We walked in the door. The brother was standing there. Saw me. My friends and I immediately went to the dance floor and were dancing for a good half hour. After that long the brother decided to use his power to make me leave again. Saying the last time he kicked me out it was for life. Because he said so and he reserves the right to kick anyone out he chooses to because he says so. I don't think that's right. Part of me just feels like saying whatever and never going there again. But why should I get treated this way when I did nothing wrong. I called the bar manager but there is a new one now and the brother told him I was kicked out for life because I got beat up in the parking lot. Which is totally false. I did nothing wrong. I didn't start any fights. I don't go up to peple confronting them. I mind my own business. Just because he doesn't like me. Can he really make me leave? He stated that the owner gave him the okay. Which I believe to be totally false. Also, my friend whom was with me when I got beat up and my friend got beat up also a little bit. MY friend wasn't kicked out for life. I don't know what to do. I need some advice please!!!! He also state he was kicking me out because he didn't want any drama when he is the one who started drama by deciding to abuse his power. Any suggestions????
