What is the name of your state?OH

Filed bk7 car lease is current can I keep it??Some on this board have said leased cars have to be turned in (contract stipulates) if bk is filed. Which is true?

You might want to read the fine print in your lease agreement, but we just kept paying on our lease after BK. I would bet that as long as they get their monthly payment, they're not going to care.
