Hi,

- Corporation
- Canada
- I am the only owner with 100% of the shares

My question is:
If the Registered Office Address of my corporation is my residential address, and for X reason the corporation get in legal trouble and go in bankruptcy....
Can my house/personal stuff in the house be seized by bailifs just because I used my residential address as Registered Office Address?
