What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? PA

after several months i received 2 bad offers on my house. can i simply cancel the listing agreement and go to another real estate agent?

i already faxed to my agent a request to cancel the listing and he would not honor my request. he said it has to be a mutual cancellation.
