years ago I purchased a small life insurance policy face value of $15000.00. after years of paying, my agent told me he could increase the policy at no additional cost to me as the dividends would pay for the policy. I now received a cancellation notice for non payment and have an outstanding loan of $27,000.00. the insurance company also says i will be receiving a 1099 for $2000.00 of other income. I feel the agent lied to me and mis represented the company and the way they conduct business
