I received a call for a vacation they said we could cancell anytime penalty free. My question is do I only have to send a letter to Specialty Travel. Here is exactly what the letter says. You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not avaliable pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of you intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to
Special T Travel Service Inc. 5050 U.S. Hwy. 17-92, Ste. 101, Casselberry, Florida 32707. No purchases should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. Does this seem to you like there is someone else we have to send the certificate to or just Specialty travel. Would the seller be Specialty travel? Thanks for your advice.

YES you must send the letter back certified mail return reciept..spend the $3 as long as it was recieved by them within the 30 days, you have a signed reciept, what can they do? nothing!

I got a $200 rebate from Sony that way. they could find it, but they signed for the letter, which was a special rebate PO BOX #.
