I am in the process of selling my home, in Minnesota,by way of contract for deed. The
contract
is due today. (This will be the third time I was suppose to get paid,
so
it's not like I'm being Snidely Whiplash!) If the other party doesn't
pay, do I need to hire a lawyer to cancel the contract? How long do I
have to allow the other party to move out? No kids are involved.
Thanks!
