cant afford lawyer

illinois my soon to be ex has agreat job he can afford a great lawyer i cant. he doesnt want custody of our 12 year old but says he will ask for it so he wont pay child support
she doesnot want to live with him he has moved away from us many times during the marriage but now has his 34 year old son living in my trailer and says he wants the house we just bought in 2000 and are making payments. do i have any chance at all since he makes more money. dittendort

you have about four different issues and your sentences run into each other and i can't determine what issues are bothering you so please use periods after each sentence or issue so i can determine what the issues are and you can number each issue because you end your post with a catch-all question of do i have a chance and i don't know to which issue you mean you think you would like a chance. okay?
