can't find husband, want a divorce

i live in arizona,i married when i was 17. my husband lives in england i live in the u.s. i am wanting a divorce due to him having heavy drug and alcohol abuse,i have been away from him for almost a year. i can't afford a divorce and i'm not sure where he is. how can i get a inexpensive and easy divorce. my income is only about 700 per month. how can i go about this?

See if there is a "Legal Aid" office in your area. If so, make an appointment to determine if they will agree to take your case.

If that fails, you may have to obtain a bank loan, or loan from some other source, so that you can hire an attorney.
