I am filing for divorce with out legal representation in the state of Alabama. The following forms are required and I am having difficulty find some of them.

CS-47 Form
Complaint
Acknowledgement of Non-Representation
Answer & Waiver
Testimony
Agreement
Proposed Final Judgement of Divorce
Vital Statistics Form

I still have to find the following:

Acknowledgement of Non-Representation
Answer & Waiver
Proposed Final Judgement of Divorce
Vital Statistics Form

Any help finding these forms would be very helpful! Thanks so much and happy holidays!

In googling, I saw one site that stated that the AL Courts do NOT make those forms available to the public. Try going to the court and asking for forms.

You can also do some reading here (I have no affiliation, and make no claim or endorsement): http://www.divorceinfo.com/alhelps.htm

My motto is:

You can get married w/o a lawyer

But you'll need one when you wish to severe the union....maybe more than one

The OP is likely chewing off more than she can swallow.

You can try these two places; they are the only ones I've found that have Bama forms.
