What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Connecticut

I was delinquent on a payment of $180 to an organization for goods and services, so they took the matter to Small Claims court. I agreed to pay the debt, so the Judgment was in their favor. I sent payment directly to the organization (as I was instructed by the Court) and I believed the debt was satisfied. Now I discover that the Judgment still appears on my credit report as an outstanding item, and it cannot be removed until I receive a Satisfaction of Judgment from the organization, to be filed at the Court. I've written several letters requesting this but they have not responded to any of my requests.

Any advice on how to proceed? I am planning to refinance my mortgage and need to get this item cleared from my report. Thanks!
