I have a roommate that used to be my boyfriend in Maryland. My parents own the home that I am renting and when he moved in we had a verbal agreement for rent that he was to pay me. After awhile he stopped paying and I made him sign a rental agreement. He has paid all but one time since he signed this agreement. We have been broken up for sometime now and I have asked him to leave on several occasions and have been unsuccessful. The reason he needs to leave is that he has destroyed some of my property. If anyone knows what I can do to expedite him leaving my home please email some advice. Thank you.
