cant get rid of terrorist /deadbeat girlfriend

Help,
I have a girlfriend that i cant get to participate or leave
the relationship.
She has'nt paid rent or bills for the entire relationship
except for $300.00 a month rent the last 3 months it includes utilities and satalite T.V.,the reason she is still here is she says she cant find any place and wants to save her money to move back home. I have heard this thruout our relationship of 11 years.She threatens to call the cops or whoever and make up stuff just to make my life a living hell.I cant stand the stress any more and dont want a bad confrontation with her I just want her to go.I own my own home and want to get on with life.
Please HELP.

I'm an attorney in Indiana and will try to answer your question.

What I would suggest is getting a restraining order, barring her from your home.

Once she is served, she is not allowed to visit, call or harass you. In Indiana, it's a felony to violate a restraining order.

You can pack up her stuff and make it available to her through a mutual friend OR you can have a police officer accompany her to the house to pick up her stuff (and make sure she doesn't pull any crap).

You don't owe her a place to stay. She's an adult and presumably should be able to fend for herself.
