I was in a car accident and my insurance paid $5000 for my medical expenses. I recently got a phone call from the at fault party insurance (Grange) stating that my attorney is no longer representing me and asked what would I like her to do for me. I was very confused because I thought everything was settled. I just need to know what I need to do or request Grange to do on my behalf.

So I spoke with the rep from grange and she told me that she would pay back the $5000 to my insurance company and pay me $800. Does this sound fair, should I accept?

You shouldn't be talking to "Grange". Talk to YOUR insurance company or your attorney.
