Hit by an insured driver last Feb. His insurance co. won't settle for the amount I asked for. I'm only asking for $1249.00. $249.0 for medical bills. Missed many hours at work leaving to go pick up car, car wasn't ready. Many problems with car repair co. Have signed paper from car dealership showing $1600.00 in diminshed value of my car.Should I go to small claims court? Can tell car has been wrecked.

Yes, you can take them to Small Claims court.

However, why settle for small fish, when the big ones are out there...
Contact the meanest, baddest Personal Injury attorney you can (usually advertises on TV during Judge Judy) and have them file a PI lawsuit against the other driver. You have the potential for BIG bucks.
