Car accident not my fault

I posted another mess under the same heading, since then the other party has changed his mind and now says that the accident was our fault. But the police report states other wise. Now my insurance company say that its up to my claims rep. to say who was really at fault how can this be so.

This situation can be so, and often is, when an injured insured is not represented by his own attorney. Your own insurance company's main interest is to either deny coverage to you, or to pay you the very least amount of money. There is no such thing as "justice" for you as far as they are concerned.
