We need more details of your claim:

2. How much are you medical bills?

3. Are you still receiving treatment? Do you have permanent disability?

4. Any lost earnings or wages?

5. Describe the nature, extent, and duration of your suffering and how the injuries have affected your life.

6. What are your expectations of recovery?

Please respond to this message board or directly to us at [email protected]

Because they paid on car not mean they will agree on what you entitled to for the injuries; the adjuster has one job and that is to get rid of the claim as cheaply as possible-regardless of what you entitled to. Be careful in talking to them and do not consider settling until you healed as much as docs think you will so that you a handle on the future impact of your injuries. That why it good idea to see an experienced injury attorney.
Good luck!
