I bought a new car last month (Nissan Altima 2008) and someone hit my car from behind. I received neck injuries and my car is damaged from behind. I want to know if I can claim lost car value from the insurance company. The damage to the car is around $4000. Can anyone help me out?

Pennsylvania does not recognize diminished value, in fact, the PA Supreme Court rejected the only diminished value lawsuit presented for a decision. You can ask but expect the answer to be no.
