What is the name of your state? OH
I bought a car last month. Drove it fine for an entire month. Past Saturday when I was trying to stop at a stop sign I almost got in a car rack, because my brakes failed. After 3 days of research and going to dealership, I determined that I have incorrect rear wheel rotors installed on a car. The work on a rotor was done by dealership I purchased it from originally. So it seems like they sold me this car aware of a problem or something like that.
Is there anyway to make dealership I bought it from pay for repairs? Because those are promising to be $2000+ if not way more in case chassis are bad now.
Please advice. Thank you.

Problem:

Approx. 80% of your braking/stopping power comes from your front brakes. If your rear rotors were incorrect they would not even fit and the calipers wouldn't work at all. In fact, you don't even need rear brakes to make your car stop in normal driving. Second, your brakes really don't have much to do with your chassis, except they are held in place by the spindles and suspension ( far removed from the actual chassis).

So, I'm not sure you can get much from the dealership except a replacement of the rear rotors...IF in fact, they are incorrect.

BTW: brake rotors cost from $50-250 each depending on your car. To replace them is a 1 hour job.
