What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana.
So I went to the dealership worked with USAA and got funded to buy a car. I signed the loan documents like normal. Then signed the bill of sale and any other documentation for registering the vehicle. Drove the car off the lot that day. Got a call 3 days later from the dealership saying that USAA is mailing me the check for the car. What would happen of I didn't give that check to them? I mean I've signed the bill of sale and registered the car in my name.
