What is the name of your state? GA

I recently purchased a new car from a dealership in GA on 03/18/2006. The dealer called me back to say that the original contract was not approved and that a new contract needed to be signed. There was a problem with this....the second contract changed the APR of the vehicle. I went back to the dealer today to re-negotiate the contract as the first one was not approved and the second one had different terms. In the process of doing this, I was introduced to the sales manager who said that he was going to give the bank in the orginal contract whatever amount of money it would take to make the loan, he did not like my new re-negotiating of the vehicle.. My questions...Is that legal for the sales managerto give the bank any amount of money outside what is in the original contract? I'm guessing that the figures on the first contract would have to be altered but would I not have to sign a new contract if that is the case? Has anyone else experienced a similiar problem with a dealer?
