my wife bought a used mini van off a car dealer they told her she was approved threw this certain bank, all the contracts was signed and they sent us on our way,and here it is a week later and they called her and told her they couldnt get her financing and they want the van back,we have went threw all the contracts and papers and there was one it was a Spot Delivery Agreement, and it did state that if the dealer cant find third party financing they have to contact her 3 days from the date hereof, and it was dated 11/25 and they first contacted us on 12/1 and that is the only time they have called,we have caller i.d. and there number shows up,but they set there when i asked in front of my wife and my brother if she was approved and they said yes, they are just working up the paper work, they told her she would get 9.9 a.p.r but the contract was much higher which i overlooked that when i saw it because she really wanted it,so can they legally make me bring the van back to them or what, please email me at [email protected],once again [email protected] thank you we live in west virginia and the van was bought in ohio
