I took my truck in for repairs to a local car dealership. The truck literally fell off the lift during repairs. Besides the obvious damage it appears the frame may be bent since the truck looks as if it is bent right in the middle. What legal recourse do we have as far as possible future problems with the truck? I'm pretty sure they will try to get us to sign a release upon completion of the repairs. I use the truck for business and without it I am out of work. I cannot afford to have this truck in for constant repairs due to this incident.
