On January 10 I took my mini van to the Chrysler dealership in Green Bay, WI to get seviced. Sean (advisor)told me that the radiator had some corrosion, which cause transmission fluid to go into the radiator and radiator fluid to go into the transmission. They would need to replace the radiator and fluss transmission fluid through the transmission to remove the radiator fluid. He also said they did not have a machine to do this but they could rig something up that would work. He told me the total cost would be around $900 and the next time I got my oil changed I would need to have the transmission fluid changed to. On January 18, we (my family) drove it to Moutain Home, AR which is about 800 miles away. On the January 19, we went to drive it and it would not go in reverse and it shifted really bad. I immediatly called the local Chrysler dealership to get it serviced. They got us in on January 22. They called me back and told me that they(the G.B. dealership) did not get out all of the radiator fluid out of the transmission. This caused the transmission to go bad and that we would need to replace it, the cost would be around $1800. I called the dealership in G.B. and they said it was not thier fault.

My response:

Please help us to help you. It appears that your post is quite lengthy. Since we want to help you, it would be appreciated, and in your interest, if you could re-write your post to shorten its length.

Some suggestions would be to remove any extra words that do not go to the heart of your question and issues. Also, if you have any emotional or editorial type words or phrases, please remove those also. In other words, be your own worst critic, and stick to the facts.

Additionally, if you haven't already done so, please use paragraphs rather than running each sentence into the next. This, alone would make your post easier to read and understand.

Thank you for your kind cooperation, and I'm sure, after you've re-posted, someone will be with you shortly to assist you.

Thanks,
IAAL

P.S. If you haven't mentioned your State name, or the State where your problem has occurred, please tell us in your first sentence.
