Car gone from bad to worst

I have a 95 dodge neon. I found out I had a cracked head gasket at the end of July. My mechanic picked it up at that time. I just got my car back on Nov. 26,2005. I paid him $500 dollars to start with, he fixed the cracked head, but did not fix the other problems that came with it. My car is still non-operational. It has been 4 months. What shoul I do?
