I was injured in a one car accident and am getting disability from my insurance company. I was working 40 hours a week as a nurse. I am not going to be able to return to work. I will be 62 in September. I have applied for social security disability and if I don't qualify for that, I could retire in September with my fir check in October. It would be 978.00 on disability and less on retirement SS. What I want to know, will I be able to get the car disability and my social security too, My car insurance would be a lot more.
