What is the name of your state?Georgia Car is located in North Carolina. I agreed to purchase a car advertised by a private seller on the internet. I sent him a deposit of $500 which he cashed. After a 2 week period of time the seller changed his mind and will not sell me the car. He also has not refunded me my deposit, although he said he would mail it to me right away. I have not received my deposit. Since he lives over 350 miles from me a small claims case doesn't seem feasible. Can the seller be charged with fraud? If so where? Thanks for your help. Dick
