The day she left she took the desktop computer and a TV. The TV I bought during marriage and computer was handed to me when my father passed away- if any of that means anything,
but i guess it's marital property.
Can I also have those ordered to return to the marital home immediatly pending a settlement, or will I just have to ask for it in a settlement?
You would have to ask for it as part of the settlement. However, when it comes to things like TVs and computers, if there is more than one, you will each be expected to keep one. Obviously you are using a computer now, so she didn't take the only computer in the house. Did she take the only TV?
