What is the name of your state? Tennessee
I went to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was originally quoted a interest amount and payment. Two days later they came back and could not get that amount. In the meantime they have my original vehicle that I was trading. When I go back, the interest rate was higher and the payment was too. While I was sitting in the waiting room a couple came in . The finance manager took them in first. which I found out they are the ones that bought my vehicle when I walked outside. She took them in first to sell my vehicle. She conned me and made me as a consumer feel that I had no rights. When she took me in i told her that i did not want to do it. she told me that she just sold my vehicle and i felt i had no choice but to sign. one week later my 2001 isuzu is having mechanical problems. what are my rights?

You fell for a classic car dealer scam. They give you a contract at a great rate, then call you a week later saying you need to give more money because your loan was rejected. I know...I fell for it when I was 22. I later learned about it by doing some research.

That is when you say no. You signed a deal and the dealer needs to honor it. If they won't, tell them you want your car back and any money you spent. If they can't get your car back, you want a check for the Retail value of your car.

Better yet, make the deal contigent of getting the financing on your terms, then you leave in your vehicle and wait for them to call and tell you the financing has been approved. Then you turn in your trade in and get your new vehicle. They can't get the deal you want, you go elsewhere without problem.
