After hubby and i got my married, he bought me a new car, as it was a surprise, and a gift, my name is not on the car.
We then sold my car that was paid for to buy him a second hand truck.
Same situation but reversed now. He was at work and my mother and i went to pick up the truck and I signed the paper work the title is in my name.
Now will the judge give me the car, I have 2 children that need to be in car seats. and the truck is a single cab with only 2 seatbelts (driver and passenger) And require him to continue to make the car notes since this was a gift? (received on MOthers day) And we sold my car that was paid for for his truck?
