I am in a partnership and one of the partners bought what he thought was a 1990 transit van. We hired a driver and he told us that the van was in fact a 1984 v-car. What can I do (concerning the contractual issues?)???

Did the person who sold the van state that it was a 1990 transit van, or do anything else to make your partner believe it was a 1990 transit van?
