Hi there -

My question is due to some circumstances I had to take a short term loan against my better judgement - the interest rate is outrageous but thats not the issue at hand. As i was to repay the loan I was informed that the actual location (business) that i took the loan from had closed out of business. in the town I am in there are other locations of the same business... is there a way that i am not obligated to repay the loan since my store was closed? The only reason I ask is because when I asked at time of the loan if I could repay at any store location they said NO . that each place runs its own clients and records.

Thanks for any info

Visit one of the other stores and ask the manager how to contact the owner of the place that went out of business.
