casinobullied

I was at Pachanga Casino, a 21 and over casino in Temecula, CA. I ordered a beer, and was carded. It was the first time all night that I have been carded. I had my active duty military ID and a expired state license. I spoke to numerous supervisors and was left with the following situation. They told me that those ID's, were good enough to get into the Casino and gamble, but not good enough to have alcohol. Is this legal? I think that this is absolutely absurd. Any comments would help?

They don't have to sell you alcoholic beverages even with valid ID. Many places all over the US will not accept expired ID's, it's their right.
