The policy regarding sick leave is on an agenda for discussion and action in the municipality where I work. Changes have been requested. This item has been marked as possible executive session. Can they do this since it does not regard employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation or any individual? If not, then do I contact an attorney to appear with me to protest the executive session?
