What is the name of your state?Missouri

I recently sold an individual a jeep. He called this evening saying that the four wheel drive does not work and he wants me to take the jeep back. He did mention that he had been four wheeling today, got stuck and could not get out. The four wheel drive worked the last time I used it. He has threatened me with his lawyer if I do not take the jeep back. He bought the jeep 6 days ago. HELP!!!

Yep, and his lawyer will tell him the meaning of "caveat emptor". If that is even the case here.

I agree with Racer, it was the new owner who broke it.
