What is the name of your state? Vt CBG...my attorney is talking to the company attorney...comparing notes...possible mediation stuff. Anyways, I was told by my attorney the company has a witness against me to prove I gave pornographic pictures to someone else at work. It was such a made up lie. Is this something common in harassment lawsuits for companies to make up such stuff? Have you found employees sometimes will lie to cover friends butts when needed like this? Im still in shock over the fact they even alleged this. Thanks Faith

Let me put it this way.

If employees in the investigations I've conducted have lied to protect friends, those lies were not exposed.
