I don't remember but it has been 3-4 years. I can't find that information on the summons. thanks for any information you can share!

You're being sued ??? You need to pull your credit reports ASAP ! You can get all 3 on line for $9 each and print them out right now. You need to look for the date of last activity on Equifax and TransUnion. Experian you will have to call to find out what the 1st delinquency date is, they don't put it on your reports.

The SOL for credit cards in GA is 4 years. If you last paid on it 4 or more years ago, the SOL may have already run out. If that turns out to be the case, you can use that expired SOL as your defense to get the case thrown out.
