One day I was going to work in a car pool. One of the other employees was in the seat next to me. He was sitting on his jacket but had one sleave hanging out of the side onto my seat. I looked down when I sat and all I saw was a jacket sleave. When we got to work we got to work we got out of the car and he realized the sleave he was sitting on had his cd player in it and now it was broken. Is it my fault for sitting there or is it his for putting it there in the first place?Thank you for your time.

Let's put it this way...
I was driving down the road and saw a small pile of leaves at a corner. I turned, drove through the leaves, crushing and killing the 4 year old kid playing under the leaves. I was convicted of vehicular manslaughter and am serving 3-10 in the state pen.

You broke it dummy- you pay.
