I found a product on CDW.com that was listed as $56. I ordered 2. Obviously it was a mistake in advertising. I received a confirmation email with the grand total around $120. I got a phone call from them stating that the product was now $449 each, and would I like to cancel. Isn't a confirmation email a contract?

An e-mail confirmation confirms that the transaction of you entering your CC info on the order form took place without error. Read the CDW terms and conditions as they relate to web orders. The link to them is found at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

It includes the wording:

All pricing is subject to change. CDW reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements [ my emphasis ]. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, CDW cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer’s orders.
