i'm getting screwed by my cell phone company. i had an automatically paid limited plan that kept going over so i upgraded on the phone with a rep to an unlimited plan and was given the impression that i was all set to continue happily with my service. i even remember asking specifically about the the current limited plan being automatically purchased for me each month. anyway, even if this was not discussed with the rep over the phone or even if i didn't even have this supposed conversation on the phone with some rep and i just forgot to cancel my automatic payments, at least i don't think these kind of mishaps should be occur so easilly on a customer's end. but i didn't even forget. i swear i asked the rep over the phone.anyway, the last couple of reps i spoke with basically called me a liar, that i forgot to cancel my auto pay... -like, how about i throw an axe at your face and blame it on you for not emailing me to cancel my automatic gut reaction axe-to-face to jerk off customer reps like yourself.... sorry.
if a customer can technicaly have two online payment plans on one phone number, the last one added overriding the other wasting the money spent on it, in legal terms, how is a company doing something somehow wrong here?
i need some ammo in case the next rep i talk to wants to blame it on me again.
