What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio

I would like to know if i can sue my cell phone carrier,or the makers of my cell phone. I received a replacement cell phone on 5-11-09 or 5-12-09 but when i went to use i started having allergic reaction to the phone it took 2 days to get them to replace it now they put that i signed a new contract with them but i did not and none of them can tell me what the phone is made out of and neither can the makers of the phone. And i have pics to show what happened to my skin. there needs to be a warning on the phone package so this does not happen to anyone else please help. Not sure on what type of attorney i need

You don't need an attorney, you need a doctor. You need to find out if the phone is actually the cause of the reaction. Even if the phone is causing the allergy, you have nothing to sue over. Use of the phone is strictly voluntary on your part, your cell phone service provider and the manufacturer of the cell phone have done nothing wrong. Folks that are allergic to peanuts don't eat peanuts, if you are allergic to cell phones that means you should not use them.
