I don't remember signing a contract with a cell phone company, so they are charging me 200 dollars for termination. I have asked them to produce the contract, they cannot, this can't be binding, can it?

I would not have signed a contract Because I have dealt with this termination stuff in the past. They do not keep contracts after 90 days, and they do not have my signature anywhere. But they won't budge, I am filing a complaint, but I was hoping someone would know where to find the laws pertaining to this.
