What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

We purchased a home in october of 10, the listing agent had stated on the mls sheet that the home had central air. After purchasing the home, we realized it does not have central air. I don't believe we were given a seller's disclosure sheet either. Do we have any recourse in this matter?

Read the listing. There is usually a disclaimer saying the info comes from county tax documents etc... and that accuracy is not guaranteed. You should have verified, before buying.
