Does anyone know how to obtain a CERTIFIED COPY of an already valid noterized POA? I see many states allow notaries to validate copies but it seems that NYS notery regulations prohibit this specificly or is this not the fact? The POA in question is not filed with the county and is not being used in any realestate transactions. I know one way to go about this would be to file it with the county and then optain copies as needed but this seems exessive.

Any points would be appreciated. Thank you.
