What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? IN

I am going under financially and creditors are calling every day. I got a notice for a certified letter and the notice had my apartment complex in the "Sender's Name". I am freaked out! I told my landlord that I was having financial trouble and she said they don't care as long as I pay my rent on time, which I have. I am a very quiet person, and the landlord has my cell phone number and has called it before when they wanted to talk to me. I have also seen eviction notices and late notices taped to the apartment doors of my neighbors. I highly doubt this letter is from my apartment complex. I think it might be from a creditor and either the postman put the wrong sender's name in, or the creditor is trying to conceal their identity. Do they ever have the wrong sender's name in those certified mail notices? I went to the usps.gov site to track the package and it does not tell where it came from. I don't think I'll sleep all night wondering if my landlord has a problem with me.

It is possible for the post office to have put the wrong name on the card they sent you. You have nothing to lose by picking it up. They are showing where they sent notice. Creditors have been known to send notices in valentine cards or even christmas cards so you believe it is something else and will open it.

Super Paranoid!

My rent is going up $12 next year. I'm not used to being in such bad financial shape and I guess I'm going a little batty!
